"He aha te mea nui o te ao. He tāngata, he tāngata, he tāngata."
What is the most important thing in the world. It is people, it is people, it is people.
Ka tū te whare i te aroha o te iwi.
The house stands strong through the love of the people.

St Aidan's (Eitana Tapu) Anglican church is located on the edge of Claudelands park.
OUR VISION
To participate with God in creating a just and loving world. Starting right here where we are planted.
WHAT WE DO
We offer space for people to experience something of God's love for them. This might be through planned activities or services, or casual interactions.
TE PAPANUI
Across the Claudelands park, from the church is the Claudelands bush (Te Papanui) where the local Ngati Wairere hunted birds. Te Papanui is the largest semi-swamp forest remaining in Hamilton, and as such is a taonga. Kahikatea, Broadleaf and Tawa dominant areas are within the 5 hectare forest.
